The front end features are incredible including the ability to track contacts, clients, leads, opportunities etc and report on each. The back-end area allows you to configure just about every aspect of the system using a smart and efficient AJAX interface.

There are plenty of extension available including programs to integrate SugarCRM with Microsoft Office providing for synchronisation of Outlook contacts and tasks etc.
