Web Circle is guided by Director Dan Norris and has been since its inception in 2006.

Dan's background is in IT project management and HR but he's passion for small business and the web saw him leaving a great career to learn how to build websites and start his own business.

Dan utilises this experience and qualifications in Human Resources, Project Management, Multimedia and Training and Assessment along with ongoing research into web design, elearning, search engine optimisation, web-marketing and general business management to guide Web Circle and its team.

Dan is supported by Steve Worley who joined Web Circle in 2010 as our lead Web Developer. Steve has undertaken studies in IT and Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing. Steve is the lead developer on all web projects and is fast turning into a full blown web guru.

We also have a number of businesses we partner with for other non-core activities such as voice-over, print design, administration etc. Please see our partners page for a full list.

Our business model is designed to facilitate our focus on value while keeping our operation scalable to take on large projects so we don't have a huge team or heavy overheads but we are capable of taking on some decent sized projects.
