The Suncorp Employee Council (The EC) is a voice mechanism within the Suncorp group of companies.

Project Information

We have built a number of dynamic web-based systems for the EC in the past including systems to help record and manage their large amounts of calls and emails on staff issues, systems to automate surveying staff and managing their huge member database.

We also designed and developed their new website in August 2010 which integrated all of their sub systems while at the same time delivering a new feature packed, edgy website built from the ground up.

Site Features

Some of the features of this site include:

• Live seamless integration with other systems including staff survey system, member management system and call management system
• Use of the Typekit font system for utilising non-standard web fonts - see this blog post for more
• Attractive modern interface in line with their new branding
• Full membership signup, management including detailed member profiles - editable by the members
• Testimonials area where people can add testimonials directly and have them approved for automatic inclusion on the site by the EC
