Monthly support

From day 1 we have encouraged our clients to take control of their web presence by maintaining their own sites. However it has never been possible for clients to fully manage the complexity of a successful web presence without some support. That is why the majority of our clients are part of one of our support plans.

Basic support
$25 / month + GST

• We'll keep your site upgraded to the latest version.
• Phone, email and live chat support during business hours.
• Additional work treated as a priority(you are looked after before non support clients).
• Reduction in our hourly rate for general website design / development work ($90 instead of $120).

Premium support
$45 / month + GST

• All features of the basic support.
• Up to 1 hour or web design or development work each month on request.
• The 1 hour's worth of work is non-cumulative.
