The majority of Web Circle's clients are part of our website support service.
Being part of this service means that you are able to have the 1 contact for technical support, domain management, website and email hosting, and managing changes to your website.
The support services entitles you to:
- email, chat or telephone support on how to update your website content (during business hours),
- storage of all of your usernames and passwords,
- up to 1 hour of work done on your website by us each month, and
- a monthly website performance report detailing all major website performance indicators including visits / hits, SEO info and much more.
The 1 hours work can be used for anything including code changes and CMS upgrades however work will only be undertaken at your request.
The support service is available for every website we build. It is provided for websites developed by Web Circle and can also be provided regardless of where the website is hosted.
